Pokolbin half-day wine & cheese is the only four-hour product in this selection. It combines three boutique wineries with a cheese-and-wine pairing and pickup in Pokolbin and Cessnock. It can work well if you want to keep another part of the day free, but check the available departure slot before making other reservations.

The current title says half-day, even though the original URL refers to morning. Do not use the URL as a timetable. Lunch is not listed as included, so plan a meal around the tour if you will need one. The cheese pairing is part of the tasting experience.

Uncork the Hunter full day expands the local day to about seven hours, with cheese and wine, chocolate matching and a gourmet grazing-box lunch. The extra time is useful if you would enjoy several pairing formats and prefer to have lunch arranged.

Local hotel pickup and return are part of this product, but Sydney pickup is explicitly unavailable. Confirm that your accommodation falls within the provider’s arrangements. Staying in the valley can make a local full-day tour a simpler fit than travelling from Sydney independently on the same morning.
